Terms and conditions
1. Purpose
AA Prestige VTC operates a private chauffeur (VTC) service in Paris and the Île-de-France region. The service is available by prior booking only; we do not pick up passengers hailing from the street.
2. Booking
A booking becomes firm once we have confirmed it in writing, stating the journey, the time, the vehicle and the rate. The client undertakes to provide accurate information, in particular the flight number and the full destination address.
3. Rates
Rates are quoted in euros including all taxes and cover tolls, fuel and parking. A supplement may apply for an additional stop, a change of destination, or waiting time beyond the free allowance.
4. Waiting time
For an airport transfer, 60 minutes of waiting time are included from the actual landing time. For a train station the allowance is 30 minutes; for any other pick-up, 15 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is charged in 15-minute increments.
5. Cancellation
Free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up. Between 24 and 4 hours, 50% of the fare may be retained. Less than 4 hours before, or in case of a no-show, the full fare remains payable. A flight cancelled by the airline incurs no charge upon proof.
6. Payment
By card on board, in cash, by bank transfer or via an online payment link. An invoice is issued on request.
7. Conduct on board
Seat belts are mandatory. Smoking, vaping and consuming alcohol in the vehicle are prohibited. Significant damage or soiling may be charged as a cleaning fee.
8. Liability
AA Prestige VTC is insured for passenger transport. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by force majeure: exceptional weather, strikes, demonstrations, accidents or decisions by the authorities.
9. Complaints
Any complaint must be sent to contact@aaprestigevtc.fr within 15 days of the journey. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
