Data collected
When you submit a booking request we collect only: name, phone number, e-mail address, pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, flight number, number of passengers and items of luggage, plus any details you choose to share.
Purpose
This data is used solely to process your request, organise your journey and meet our accounting obligations. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Retention
Twelve months for a request without follow-up, three years after the last contact for a client, ten years for accounting records.
Recipients
The AA Prestige VTC team and the chauffeur assigned to your journey, who receives only what is needed for the pick-up. Our host OVH (France) provides technical storage.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@aaprestigevtc.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Only a technical cookie storing your language preference is used.
